Hey, again. I've found the route of the problem. For some reason police cars just don't work. The cruiser, the buffalo and the interceptor don't work. But yet things like the undercover fib car do and so does the police bike? Any idea what could be causing this and what could fix it? Thank you.
I seem to have found what is causing it, if you take corners (whether you're driving or walking) too fast the NPC just can't do it. Also, I have another issue. I have a truck with 2 people in, and two police cars. When you turn the scene to active the truck will go no matter what. But only the police car that you're spectating will move? The other stands still until you spectate it and then it'll follow it's path until you stop spectating it?
Is there anyway to fix the NPC's doing what you tell them to do a second or two after they're meant to. I've recorded an NPC walking down the road then turning into an alley. But when I play it back he walks fine but then when he's meant to turn right into the allet he doesn't, 2 seconds later he turns right straight into a wall?
I have some questions?
1. Does the tow truck just spawn right in front of you ro does he drive to you?
2. Is there anyway he can take your vehicle to the nearest gas station or ls customs?

Another question, is there anyway to reset dead characters to alive again when I click back to start? Or do I need to replace them everytime?

@SAEASEAS I think you move the .INI and the .DLL files to your scripts folder in your main GTA V directory.
Is there an option in this menu to add all/remove all weapons?
I have some questions?
