i did that, its still not loading into the game

how do i install this mod? i've followed the given instructions from the read me file but i can't edit the dlclist file

thanks for the advice, i'll see if somebody knows what to do

does anyone know how to change the save file from a .rar file? because I can't download anything off of this website
