@Rawo It is a standard Lua mod, it's as easy to install as the other Lua mods, if someone doesn't know how to install it, they will read how when they go to grab the Lua hook. it should be fairly simple, sorry for the lack of instructions, but on you other comment, yes you can use this with LSPDFR, back when i was a tester/debugger I wanted to make sure this worked for that, and it does.
I guess since i'm around for the moment lol i could help some people haha. @SAEASEAS You should be able to pour the fuel near the car and it should slowly refuel it, you might have to pour quite a bit before it's noticeable. I hope this works for you, and if it doesn't I'm sorry, i actually haven't been testing the script since like February, not sure if any of the jerry can code has changed or not.

To everyone....Last time i posted it was almost exactly 1 month ago and i haven't heard anything from mrchazta, i hope it's not abandoned but i'm starting to worry. I'm not sure what to say, i just hope he comes back soon.
To everyone, I'm not sure what happened exactly but I haven't heard anything from mrchazta for a little over 2 weeks and haven't received any emails about updates and new versions to test, but this mod isn't abandoned i promise, he may be busy with work or other matters, sorry for the delays but hopefully we will hear something from him soon :) and for everyone having issues, this mod hasn't been updated since the last GTA 5 update so these bugs might be from that but all i can say is please have patience and we should hear something from him soon about all this :) Thank you
@LiamP Aye, i am one of the few that did buy the 7 disks as i only had a 20gb data limit each month at the time, downloading 60-65gb was out of the question lmao (though now i have unlimited data and have downloaded the whole game) and @PIGGS Awesome mod, keep up the great work :D
