- cant't shoot when player is in vehicle

i worry about this ability being too strong because overpower will loose of interesting. so target headshoot and shoot them all have own cooldown
and during cooldown Weapon Detection will not activated.

Target HeadShoot (Press C)
Shoot them all ( Long Prees C)
[Installation ]
Place shootthemup.dll and shootthemup directory into your "scripts" folder.

Very creative mod, now I can kill any enemy with bare hands.

Suggest:
The black aiming point of the center is not required.
Please add Mod on/off, and the ini configuration file that can customize the button.
Please add XBOX360 handle support.

@emk awesome mod bro!!!! Nice addition to my powers. If I could wish for one thing it would be to have an option in the ini file to enable or disable the cool down period. I understand that might kill the fun of the game a little for some players, but I for one love new abilities and powers so that way for people like me, I can disable the cooldown and have a ball but other players can also enjoy by enabling cool down, thereby allowing everyone to play the mod the way they want so it would be awesome if you could make a small update with that option!!!!!!!! But anyway, great mod!!!! Must have for all real gamers!!!!!

At the first corpse explosion ability also included
But that thing not associated with title so i remove it
