This is an edited version of mman0385's regen mod (link below). I give him full credit for his work. I made only a few minor tweaks for a different experience.
Update:
Now includes 2 files: one for fast regeneration (like in the video) and one for a slower, more balanced regeneration. Use only one at a time.

Installation:
1) Requires Script Hook V and LUA plugin..
2) Place file into Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\addins

About:
Health and armor regenerate steadily after only a few seconds outside of combat. Regen delay and rate for both health and armor are constant and in small increments, so long as you don't get shot, you will steadily regenerate both armor and health fairly quickly, in that order. Great for riot modes where you are being shot more than normal or if you have set your cops to uber and need a stronger defense, but don't want to be totally invincible. Works great for any hero character, but keep in mind, you are vulnerable to successive damage. Take on the city and upload your rampage to a video.

How to add delays?
Could you make it so regen speed depends on armor equipped and body position (Stand/Run/Walk, Laying Down/Sneak/Cover)?
This helps a lot when I'm surviving a onslaught of soldiers! Thanks!

hey why am I unneffected by bullets sometimes? and after that, suddenly my hp drops to like 1 hp out of nowhere
I put in folder GTALua/addons but when I try to load it it says "Can't find file GTALua/addons/regen13/main.lua

but health regenerates so quickly which makes player so OP
i think about 10 seconds should pass after taking damage, which makes it like Mafia 2 health system
also its unbalanced, white bullets doesnt kill you, melee attakcs (knife bat etc) kill you in 2 hits. plus police drive bys kill you so easily too. can you fix that

@Buddha Wiser Is there a way to turn off armor regeneration and just have health regeneration? Because I want to still be able to buy armor when I lose it, I don't want the armor to regenerate. Thanks.
Would this function for Online use? Im not sure if Scripthook can be used anymore with online
This mod need to take any damage to start the effect, can you please make them start everytime of game?
