Hi everyone, This is the initial release of "Advanced Trainer V". The trainer is still bare bones, but will be further developed to include many more advanced features, and hopefully live up to its name :v.
If you can't download it yet, that's because it's pending admin approval, so get it from GitHub in the meantime.
@Chiheb-Bacha Option suggestions:
• Shift+<trainer toggle> to reset the selected option to default values
• ability for the player to be ("physchally") smaller/larger ‒ min is half size (50%), max is double size (200%)
• ability to set the player's id as Trevor/Franklin/Michael to be able to use "any" custom character in their missions

do i have to worry?
im on gameversion 2372
i guess this is the drift handling stuff? that got added in newer gameversions.
another question do i need the MinHook.x64.dll on that old version?
otherwise all is working very well only the drift tuning is greyed out
@Chiheb-Bacha The trainer works perfectly in the game. However, when vehicles spawned in the model are in flight mode, some vehicles' front wheels cannot be retracted. I'm wondering if this is a limitation inherent to the vehicles in the game. Screenshots cannot be posted on the forum, so I can't show them... Also, could you add an INI configuration file so that hotkeys can be changed?
@MaxLuk Hey. It's okay for the first pattern to not be found, especially on older versions, given that it's an updated pattern for CWheelTireWearRateOffset, and I had no way to find out in which version of the game the older pattern stopped working, so i scan for the new one, and if that's not found, i scan for the older one. So there should be no problem on your end, shvdne has indeed found the offset it needs for your version.
about the second pattern, it's for the EngineTorqueMultiplierOffset which was added in the latest version of shvdne, so that could be problematic. I'll try to find a pattern that works for older versions, and I'll update it with the next release/patch. I'll also try to supress logs for patterns that require 2 scans (because the version where the older stopped working isn't known), but this is rather related to SHVDNE and not the trainer itself.
And yeah, drift tuning is pretty new, so it would be greyed out if it's not supported by a gameversion. Which is great tbh, glad that worked out like that, because i didn't really factor in older gameversions. Earliest supported version would be 3095 for legacy. And i should probably only add drift types for vehicles supported by the used gameversion. I'll do this for the next ATV release.
And yes, MinHook.x64.dll is needed regardless of the gameversion, as shvdne 1.1.0.0 needs it to hooks certain functions (currently used to swap gxt hashes for example)
@a012345 Hey. Are the wheels bugged out or are they simply not retracted? In both cases, that is indeed a limitation of the game, as it only expects 2 vehicles (deluxo and oppressor2) to be able to go into this special flight mode, and so some vehicles might behave a bit differently (The problematic ones, which completely bug out or crash the game, were filtered out to not support this feature).
As for the config, yes i will add a way to configurate hotkeys and save changes/preferences in future releases. This first release was a quick way to showcase the features.
@Zsombor_99 That sounds good, I'll look into incorporating those in future releases.
@Chiheb-Bacha The wheels aren't broken. It's just that in the vehicle I tested, only the rear wheels retracted normally (in flight mode). The front wheels were in a normal vertical position. That's it.
@a012345 ahh yeah I've seen some vehicles that have that (khamelion for example). Yeah as i said, it's the game not updating them for some reason.
@MaxLuk I found a pattern that works on version 0 of the game and on the the latest version, so that should fix it for you. It's related to SHVDNE tho, so wait for the next release of SHVDNE for it to be fixed. in the meantime, setting the Torque should work, as in the value you write will indeed be applied, but the value displayed in the menu will always be 0. This shouldn't really cause any bugs/crashes, so simply wait for the next SHVDNE release and it will be fixed automatically in the trainer.
@Chiheb-Bacha Thanks, I clicked "Follow Updates". ☺
