After playing Garry's Mod for a while, I came across {PM0V3} W-SS General Officer PMs by Comrade Bear and I thought I would bring them over to GTA V along with the COs.

- Different Uniform Textures

Open OpenIV and pm0v3_waffenss.rar, go to .../Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ and drag and drop pm0v3_waffenss folder in. Then go to .../Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and double click on dlclist.xml and add "dlcpacks:/pm0v3_waffenss/" then click save. That's it, enjoy.

how do i paste into the xml file? it doesn't let me write or anything (i'm in edit mode on OPNIV)
@defavlt404 While in edit mode in OpenIV, right click on dlclist.xml and click edit.
Make sure while editing dlclist.xml to add "<Item>dlcpacks:/pm0v3_waffenss/</Item>" without quotation marks. For some reason, in the description only "dlcpacks:/pm0v3_waffenss/" showed despite me attempting multiple times to change it.

once in the game how do I actually equip the the uniforms? I done all the steps but I'm unsure how to get the onto my current character
@vexed You can put on a uniform through the menyoo or EUP menu.
@SomeRandomDude Please transfer DDR V2 - Land Forces of the National People's Army (1956-1961) or DDR V2 - Barracked People's Police (1948-1956) from Garry's Mod to GTA 5.
