Open OpenIV and go to:
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
Open the "Moncler Jacket Mod" folder, pick the "uppr_020_u" and drag in OpenIV, and then search the file "uppr_diff_020_a_uni.ytd"
in OpenIV, right click on it, click "Edit", and then "Replace", go to the "Moncler Jacket for Franklin" folder after click on "Replace" and click "uppr_diff_020_a_uni.ytd"
For the model i used this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/tnf-x-supreme-nuptse-jacket
Open the game and ENJOY
