Want to re enact a scenario in the game? Perhaps a major incident such as a large accident or terrorist attack? These peds allow you to do that. They are detailed and the first of their kind. The doctor is for London's Air Ambulance and could also be used for any Air Ambulance. The paramedic is a member of London Ambulance's Hazardous Area Response Team (HART). They respond to hazardous situations with firefighter style equipment so they can treat people within the inner cordon. They have been seen a lot lately responding to recent terror attacks and the Grenfell tragedy. And the firefighter - well its the same LFB firefighter as before, but more realistic text on the back.
The HART and LFB both have helmets but I wasn't able to load up the game due to technical issues so they can't be seen in OpenIV.
