Known bugs/issues:
Texture appears blurry but I'd say she has a good enough figure to compensate.
Ped may be partially or totally invisible if used to replace an in-game ped (i.e. s_f_y_baywatch_01) but that is rectifiable via Spooner Mode if you have Menyoo
