Added Lamars Chain for Franklin and made it gold instead of silver.
Install Instructions:
1. Launch OpenIV
2. Click "Edit Mode"
3. Go to x64v > models > cdimages > streamedpedplayers.rpf > playerone and replace the files with the ones provided in the zip
