How do I install it? I put it in the player_one folder in open iv, but when I try to put it on in game, it looks all messed up. It has a big white spot on the front and I can see the tattoos through the shirt.

Figured it out, you can go to https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/hoodies-collection and download the models for the hoodie and THEN put in the textures. Before you couldnt wear a hoodie bc there was no hoodie
