I don't know why Rockstar thought it was a good idea to put an US flag and Fort Zancudo letters but anyway. What was changed

Removed US and Fort Zancudo signals, i'll keeped the numbers and the star in the texture to stay as in RL.

Instructions: Step one: Follow this root /update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles
Step two: Drop the Savage.YTD into that vehicles folder
Step Three: Enjoy!
