@valentin20320142 requested paint for Brazilian Navy A-4's and a fictional Brazilian Navy Mi-17 and here it is.
Along with the Brazilian paint, I've included one without a livery as it's used by more than 60 countries. Feel free to use it as a jumping off point for your own paint.
The base Mi-17: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mi-17-v5-hip-add-on
Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mi17v5\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\mi17v5_camo.ytd
If you wish to retain the original liveries, while in OpenIV, extract the file mi17v5_camo.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origmi17v5_camo.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with current liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag f16acecombat.ytd from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...D:\Program Files\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mi17v5\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\mi17v5_camo.ytd
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the mi17v5.yft or mi17v5_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn mi17v5 with the trainer of your choice.
Enjoy,
Gillman

Added Paint for Argentina.

Nice
Well, here in Brazil we use mixed US-RU based vehicles, so this one could fit in Jungle deployment, navy response etc..
@William Halverd Another user, @valentin20320142, had asked for this, so I threw it together. @skylineGTRFreak's models are usually pretty easy to add new paint to.
Great livery GIlman, a question could this helo and the twin otter be done with argentine skin?
@George schmuel Just added an update to this one to include Argentine paint. I'll take a look at the Twin Otter.
@George schmuel Just added Argentina and Chile paint for the Twin Otter https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/twin-otter-liveries-argentina-and-chile
