Installation:
Ok, you're gonna have to stay with me on this one. It's a bit different then your average retexture install.
1.) Go into OpenIV and navigate to GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayng2/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
2.) Find "shamal.ytd". Enable edit mode and double click on it. Be sure to back it up!
3.) Click "import" at the top of the window that will pop up.
4.) Select the BMP file entitled "shamal2_sign_7". You should get it to pop up in the texture file.
5.) Click "Save". You've now installed this retexture!
Again, thank you for downloading. If you want anymore retextures for other planes, just ask!
