Just HID and LEDS Lights for the Vanilla Ambulance.

Red and white rear lightbar, Orange Turn Signal

Bonus :
Red, Orange and white Lightbar, Orange Turn Signal and multiple Headlight [ choose Normal, HID, LED HID ] already in PNG
PSD in the zip to ajust yourself your combination, to ajust colour and brightness [ Because it's always good to modify to your own taste while editing the source texture ]

Installation:
0. Unzip the file with 7zip.
1. Open OpenIV and enable Edit mode.
2. Navigate to "GTA V\mods\x64e\levels\gta5\vehicle.rpf"

[ GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\rdevehicles.rpf ]
3. Open Ambulance.ytd
4. Replace ambulance_lights_new with the PNG provided or choose to delete it [ ambulance_lights_new in ambulance.ytd ] and import to add [ while importing you can choose "auto" or manually set it to DXT 5 - 1 - ARGB, whoose what fit your need^^, Imo I choose ARGB ]
5. Enjoy^^
