Sorry, I'm not able to do this. Maybe it's possible to drop all files together in "extra mods" folder of LA Billboards....but I don't know If it works...

@crackmod israel if I remember correctly: it was credit card stickers on ammunation doors (entire map) and maybe sort of cleaning in Carniceria Toro Loco interior
