to install pls place the file into mods\ update\update.rpf \x64\levels\gta5 that is the right folder
please don't steal this mod i worked really hard on it hours of reasearch
there are a lot of cars in this file big specs are recomended

Dunno whats peoples problem, its realistic. Tbh im not sure if Skyder dint actually get inspired from R*, looks like something they would do nowdays.
