The PJ Watts Crips, also known as the Project Watts Crips, are a Crip gang based in the Imperial Courts housing projects in Watts, Los Angeles. Formed in the 1980s, they are one of the area’s major street gangs and have a long rivalry with the Grape Street Watts Crips from the nearby Jordan Downs projects. They were also part of the 1992 Watts Truce, an effort to reduce gang violence and promote peace in the community.

HOW TO INSTALL: Simply drag and drop the folder in your DLCPACKS in openIV
PATH: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and update your dlclist.xml by adding dlcPacks:/PJWC/ in the correct format. Do not forget the < item > (without spaces) value before and after "dlcPacks:/PJWC/"
PATH: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

If you got another ENV DLC installed already, it might conflict. Make sure you combine both or remove the old ones
