Instructions:
you don't need to use OpenIV, just go to your gta 5 folder, then lspdfr, then police scanner, then replace the folder ''Resident'' with mine. Done.
You need to have already lspdfr mod installed and obviously ragehook.

Those are the sounds I miss ( minus that static that is common with NYPD Radios, really hated that ) think you can find the 10-13 officer needs assistance alert tone. Being trying to locate a sound byte of it unsuccessfully.
