This mod turns the police response of all 5 stars to noose only, no normal cops anymore, only noose and only in fib SUVs

Yay, i hated that at 4-5 stars, regular cops make SWAT rare :D
Also, this is better because you don't need to hassle with pedtypes, pedpersonalitys, decisionmakers, to create a swat that replaces police at 4-5 stars.
Also, can you include a version that makes SWAT also respond at 3 stars? Or like, make the city cops don't spawn at 3 stars but at countryside sheriffs can still be found assisting NOOSE?
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 im pretty sure i can, also this mod doesnt only change the police at 4-5 stars, but at all stars, you get 1 star, boom swat, 2, 3 more swat, its swat only, but i can make the sheriffs appear too, i think

@so_funny_m8 this is better, cops spawning in traffic is enough so wanted levels should spawn NOOSE Units (perhaps 1-2 stars nothing spawns so you can only deal with ambient cops and security)
