This mod replaces all the orange wallpapers with ones of Lana Del Rey. Works best for Franklin but also on Michael's phone.
Installation:
1.Start OpenIV - GTA5(windows version)
2.Select 'edit mode'
3.Go to: GTA V > x64b.rpf > data > cdimages > scaleform_generic.rpf
4.Drag and drop the files in the destination
5.If the previous path doesn't work go to: GTA V > update > update.rpf > x64 > data > cdimages > scaleform_generic.rpf (and replace the game files there)
6.Run GTA5
Installation:

That path doesn't seem to work anymore. Tried billion times exactly like it should be installed, but nothing changes. Seemingly somethings with this has been changed by devs.
Well...Just as I posted this comment I found the solution. They indeed updated this and now the correct installation location is: GTA V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf\
