This Mod allows you to play on HP Laptops without a shit ton of lag but you need a HP Laptop to at least run this game, cause then this mod wont work, When You play GTA V on a HP laptop it's unplayable due to the shitty system specs and tech that hp throws at their laptops, so this is for mod for you if you have a bad HP laptop.
(Settings.xml)
Replace this with Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\
and replace the vanilla one with my mod, and also before you run you MUST right click and hit edit and scroll down till you see NVIDIA GTX 980, cause that is my graphics card info, put in your graphics card info so that this mod works.
