Here is a replace I made of one of the electric guitars (prop_el_guitar_03). I thought It looked like a Les Paul, so I made it look like one.
Installation :
- Open Open IV
- Go to path : C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\lev_des\lev_des.rpf
- Replace the "ydr" with the one in the file.
- Use ArchiveFix to re-encript the file so you can start your game
- Then you are all set, close Open IV and start your game
