The vegetation looks so real..what graphics mod your using..
@Al3x_M3rc3r for this pictures i used reshade, with the next options: clarity, colourfulness and levels;
then i added "no fog" from SP trainer (24'th page), and the "dof: from menyoo. Don't forget the grass on ultra . and then you are close to what you see in the screenshots. the remaining 10% is enhanced blue from photoshop :))))) but I'm sure you can find some end or reshade version for that, if you really want.

@Tribalseeds I don't have a ps4 to test :( but if Menyoo works on ps4, this should work aswell
