Umm kinda weird because the Police gets funded by the State but besides that I kinda like the idea. If you could replace the workers from the police with actual workers it could look like an repair for an dangerous freight of the train or so.
@Kwebbl this map was made to be funny thats why the LSPD is there
if you take away some police and add prisoners or something, it would be more interesting
