When you see the whole hospital building displayed as LOD or fall out of the map after entering the building, please check whether your game version is the latest?
The game version is not up to date. The solution is as follows:,
Follow this path: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\phmc\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\downtown_01\dt1_06.rpf\Finding and deleting all file modules with the suffix. ymap will run, but there will still be some small bugs.

1. Open all locked departments on the first floor(Radiology, urology, psychosomatics, physiotherapy, ambulance garage, toilets and chapels)
2. new departments, Department of Pathology (including an anatomy room, and morgue)
3. Add and improve the products in the gift shop on the 1st and 4th floors
4. A mirror has been added to the toilet on the first floor
5. Added RageMP server format (because I don't know the file format of this server, it may not work, if it cannot be run, please give me feedback in time, thank you for your support)

2 Open openiv into edit mode, open the path Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Find the dlclist .xml file and add the code dlcpacks:/phmc/
Known bugs
1The newly added rooms are unfraved and the doors are locked
2Some of the tracts have a slight tremor
3npc could not find the correct exit
4There was a problem with the side door of the hospital
5Stretcher car through the mold
This is my frist work so it will be have many insufficient

For all those who are on LSPDFR you have to go to lspdfr.ini and put disable Multplayermap = true
Otherwise you will pass through the textures
Pour tout ceux qui sont sur LSPDFR il faut aller dans lspdfr.ini mettre disable Multplayermap = true

@JinHongyu4 I did all the correct procedure, I put the phmc in the dlcpacks, I wrote the phmc in the dlclist, and I deleted the files with the ymap suffix, but when I entered the game the door at the top of the hospital did not appear and when I passed I fell, in the bottom the door appeared but when I passed by it fell too, and I tried to change it several times and I couldn't make the hospital work

Can you fix the hospital mod problem for single player because when ever I load the game the whole world ends getting glitchy and completely broken and also I keep falling down the hospital building?
