Install the latest map editor (I used 1.5). Put the XML in your main GTA directory. Load "FranklinClinton" in Editor or you can change the name of the XML to whatever you want.

I create a chair and Ped near him. Choose option Any-Warp. Then he is desaper in other place. NOt sitting on chair. Sory for bad English.
