V0.25: Added a huge drug deal with a specific strategy to beating it at the windfarm.

A simple mod that creates some Los Santos Cartel spawns at:
The O'Neill Ranch (Fortified heavily, suicide to go in alone)
Windfarm (HUGE drug deal)
Ace Liquor (Just some guys meeting up)
Cement Works + Airplane Graveyard (Disposing of some 'colleagues.')
This mod is very simple and a WIP. If people want, I'll continue to add more spawns, improve the ambient animations etc. There is currently no reward for killing the Cartel members except a bit of fun, they will leave you alone until you open fire so it won't get in the way too much. Couple this with LSPDFR for some cool roleplaying opportunities.
INSTALLATION: Download Map Editor mod and place in your AutoloadMaps folder.

Good mod. U did a good job adding a gunner on the van in windfarm cartel. Btw What strategy have u provided to beat the cartel in windfarm. I dont see any strategy. ;)

Stealth kill the gunner crew... then light up the whole affair from the relative safety of the ridge.
