After seeing that one BMW commercial with this aircraft carrier which seemed to have a race track on it, I hopped straight onto GTA 5 to create something similar.

Installation:
put the xml file in

GTAV/menyooStuff/spooner

Once ingame before teleporting to map, on menyoo, go to teleportation/landmarks/aircraft carrier so that the boat loads in.
