I reinstalled my whole game and it works, no clue what was that issue. Thanks for your mod. =) However there is still bug, that I can´t go sleep in bed. And there are little bit weird glitches while going from apartment to garage.
This mod doesn´t work for me at all. What a shame, was really excited to use it. I have installed everything with latest updates, have legal copy on steam, but this mod is so buggy. When I buy penthouse 2, I just fall into textures and die. when I buy penthouse 3, i fall into textures, but survive and out of nothing I appear in the apartment, where I can´t hear radio, can´t sleep in a bed and can´t change theme of apartment. Garage seems to work fine, only why entering it´s so glitchy a buggy, there is no animation at all. I remember trying out this mod like 3 years ago and it worked perfectly, so what happened? Is there somewhere some older version, so I can try it out?

I also don´t use almost any mods at all apart enhanced native trainer and NEV. So there can´t be any conflict.
