I was ready to give up on this, however I got it working. I using GTA5 from Steam download. I moved all my scripts in script folder to a temp folder I made on desktop. Then I downloaded the ScriptHookVDotNet2-Ver2.10.6 and dragged to GTA dir and replaced existing versions. I Put the Custom Ped files in scripts folder with the NativeUI-version 1.7. So I then launched via RageHookPlugin, but it crashed while loading, multiple times. So I went back into GTA dir. and I remembered something about ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll conflicting with certain mods, so I moved that file to my temp folder on desktop . Relaunched via RageHook and it worked. However my RageHook loads with no plugins. I have to load them once in game through the command console. I tested this and it even worked with LSPDFR. But the menu/option for this mod (script crashes) if you try to go on duty(FORCE DUTY). I will keep working on it but hope this helps someone, good luck and keep tryin to tweak it. I am running most current LSPDFR and Rage as of 2/9/2020.
