@Guadmaz It's been almost a year since someone said about lag/stuttering issues but still you haven't fix those yet... like the comments of:

@KAMELKFB Great BMW car! While you're fixing the interior lights, could you also make it a 4-seater? It does not matter if the ped glitches through the car while entering the passenger rear door. Thx :)
@szymontolwinski Check the description if the trainer you DLed needs a scripthook or if it is a standalone... but I believe all trainers need a scripthook.
@stillhere As always thank you for all the awesome new features and fixes and of course the the time we spent for testing it. You did an excellent job on scripting or coding these pop-ups to make it possible to be manually controllable. Hope to see more features and fixes soon.

You need a trainer to spawn the car by typing ntypex. Look for any videos or tutorial on how to spawn a car using a trainer.
